RiskIQ AI is operated by Deepesh Verma and Company ("the Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms and confirm you have authority to bind your organisation, or are of legal age if acting as an individual. Your contract is with Deepesh Verma and Company.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

RiskIQ AI is an AI-assisted risk assessment and alternative credit scoring platform for credit teams. All scores, probability-of-default estimates and recommendations are AI-assisted assessments provided for analyst review only. They are not approved lending decisions, and the service must not be represented as one.

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual property rights;
• interfering with security, including malware, probing, scanning or unauthorised scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits;
• generating illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or malware.

You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for regulated professional decisions without qualified human oversight.

You must keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information and keep it updated, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service. Rights holders may contact us to request takedown of infringing content; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months; we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control. When your access ends, you may request an export of your data for a limited period before it is deleted.
