Pricing FAQ
Seats, billing and assessment limits
Everything that affects what you pay and how much you can run. If your question is not here, contact us from the Pricing page.
Free Pilot plan
- Is the Pilot plan really free?
- Yes. Pilot costs ₹0, needs no card and never charges you. It is a free evaluation tier for one analyst, and it does not renew into a paid plan automatically.
- What does Pilot include?
- Up to 50 borrower assessments per calendar month, the rule-engine score with factor-level explanations, the portfolio dashboard and underwriting queue, sandbox bureau data, PDF risk reports and one analyst seat.
- How do I start on Pilot?
- Create a free account from the Pricing page. You can run your first assessment straight away — no payment details, no sales call.
- How do I move from Pilot to a paid plan?
- Choose Credit team (₹4,999 per seat per month) or Enterprise NBFC (₹9,999 per month) on the Pricing page and complete checkout. Your existing assessments and borrowers are kept.
- Does Pilot appear on my Billing page?
- Yes. The Billing page shows Pilot as your current plan, your assessments used this month against the 50 limit, and no invoices, because nothing is charged.
Seat pricing
- How much does a seat cost?
- The Credit team plan is ₹4,999 per seat per month, billed monthly. You choose the number of seats at checkout — from 1 to 50 — and the total shown on the checkout page is ₹4,999 multiplied by that number of seats.
- What is a seat?
- A seat is one named analyst who can sign in and run assessments. The account owner occupies one seat. Every person you invite from the Team & seats page takes one more seat.
- Can I add or remove seats later?
- Yes. Changing the seat count updates your subscription immediately and the charge is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Removing a seat frees it as soon as you remove that member from your team.
- What happens if I invite more people than I have seats for?
- The invitation is blocked with a message telling you to buy another seat first. This keeps your billing and your team list in step at all times.
- Do we need seats for borrowers or clients?
- No. Seats are only for your own analysts. Borrowers who submit an application through the public form and clients viewing the client portal do not consume a seat.
Billing terms
- How am I billed?
- Monthly in advance, on the same date each month, using the card you entered at checkout. Your next renewal date is always shown on the Billing page.
- Who is the seller and who charges my card?
- The service is sold by Deepesh Verma and Company. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so the charge on your statement appears in Paddle's name and Paddle issues the invoice.
- Are taxes included?
- Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. GST or local tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and appears on the invoice.
- Where do I find invoices and receipts?
- The Billing page in your account lists every invoice with a downloadable PDF, along with your current plan, seat count and payment method.
- How do I cancel, and what happens to my access?
- Cancel any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops back to the free Pilot tier. Your data is not deleted.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
- What if a payment fails?
- You keep working. A warning banner appears in the app asking you to update the card, and the payment is retried. Access is only reduced if the subscription ends up cancelled.
- Is annual billing available?
- Annual and custom billing terms are arranged on the Enterprise plan. Contact us from the Pricing page to discuss it.
Assessment limits
- How many assessments can I run?
- The free Pilot plan allows 50 borrower assessments per calendar month. The Credit team plan has no monthly assessment cap on the seats you pay for. Enterprise volumes are agreed in your contract.
- When does the Pilot monthly count reset?
- On the first day of each calendar month. Your usage so far is shown on the Billing page.
- What counts as one assessment?
- One completed scoring run saved against a borrower. Viewing, re-opening or exporting an existing assessment as a PDF does not count again. Re-scoring a borrower with new data does count as a new assessment.
- What happens when I reach the Pilot limit?
- Saving further assessments is paused until the month resets or you upgrade to the Credit team plan. Nothing already saved is affected.
- Are assessments shared across the team?
- Yes. Everyone on your team sees the same portfolio and underwriting queue, and each analyst can also see just their own work on the My workspace page.
- Is the score a lending decision?
- No. RiskIQ AI produces an AI-assisted assessment for analyst review. It does not approve or decline credit — a person on your team always makes the final decision.
